Contract
Project management
From the point of sale, Orbital assigns a project team to ensure delivery of the system on specification and on time
System build
Full in-house manufacturing capabilities include CNC machining, spool prefab welding, fabrication, assembly and electrical/mechanical integration
Testing
Rigorous testing of all components prior to dispatch, using a range of methods including pressure and helium leak detection
Design development
Building on the initial design and estimation and additional information as necessary, we work with advanced CAD systems to finesse and finalise the system design
Cleanroom services
High-purity systems begin at the point of manufacture. Assembly and packing in our extensive cleanroom areas ensures components arrive on site free of any contamination
Documentation
From site survey onwards, Orbital determines each customer’s documentation requirements—component schedules, layout schematics, test certificates, P&IDs—handed over at installation supplied
Installation
On-site presence
Our on-site teams are led by a site supervisor, responsible for overseeing all aspects of installation. Teams, each with their own leader, are assigned to different areas, from gas bunkers to cleanrooms
Maintenance
Planned maintenance
Our site and project engineers work with you to develop a schedule for routine maintenance that minimises downtime
